Good Afternoon All!

Have a C Corp fiscal year ending 7/31/20 with a significant NOL.
Extension was filed and return is due May 15, 2021.

Appears Corporation can now carryback an NOL 5 years.
( 15, 16, 17, 18 had taxable income & 14 had a loss.)

Form 1139 only has columns to carryback 3 years ...
Do I need another Form to carryback 5 years??

Sorry for the elementary question but it has been a long time since I have
I have carried back an NOL.

Thanks in advance!

You use another 1139 as a second page.

Follow up question please.

Since there are two Form 1139 pages; would client just sign one or both Form 1139 pages?

Thanks

I think only one is needed but it wouldn't hurt to sign both.
