I NEVER ever send my Offers to an RO and it's never been a problem. This Offer was sent in a couple weeks ago to Memphis and the checks were cashed and the TC 480 has been input.

However, the RO still wants all of the documents he requested which is FAR more extensive (and absolutely unnecessary in my not so humble opinion) than what is asked for on the 656 and 433-OIC, including 3 months of every single expense imaginable. It's really a simple Offer case.

Has this been a problem for anyone and if so, how did you handle it?

Thank you in advance.

My experience is that OICs are so discretionary that you either comply or the OIC is denied.
