This came thru my church, but involves stuff I've no clue on....

"she needs guidance around a topic that’s outside my area of expertise. She’s been served a Tax Warrant from the state of Indiana, claiming she failed to file state taxes in 2013 when she lived there (and was married). Her ex-husband is deceased, so she can’t ask him for any details on what was or was not filed at that time. The state of IN claims she was notified, but failed to pay, and they’ve now turned this over to a collections company."

Me here, it sounds like she can and will pay for some help...but not $200 an hour. Trouble is that I know these things can be complicated, esp. with a dead spouse and maybe limited records....
