Pass-through Entity Tax Election Due Dates

Do any states besides New York (who apparently has a due date of 10/15) have a due date for the election prior to the due date of the 2021 partnership or S-corporation tax returns?

Not Alabama. Not Rhode Island, as I recall. I haven't had the chance to do this for any other states.
