IRS E-Services - Switching from One "Account" to Another

I don't really know the correct terms to describe what I'm trying to accomplish, but when I login to e-services, the system asks me to choose between various "accounts" with radio buttons.

If I select one of the radio buttons, but later want to choose to a different one, is there an easy way to do it? The only way I've been able to find is by logging out and closing out of the browser, then re-opening the browser. If I don't use a private browser the first time, sometimes it remembers me and I'm not able to select a different radio button. Have others experienced this? Any workarounds?
