Nonresident Alien - Real Estate Sale Withholding
Posted: 6-Apr-2022 9:17amMy new client is a nonresident alien. She sold her US property last year and there is withholding indicated on the closing statement. Does the buyer/agent require to issue her a Form 8288-A or the closing statement is suffice?
