Am I missing something? Is the POA 2848 now ONLY a request process? No longer can you have them sign it and upload it?
But the client MUST have a myID account etc to approve it?

lets make it harder on the elderly while we are at it!

I've submitted a couple 2848s online in the past month. Client physically signs document and then I upload it using my IRS account. They do not need an IRS account unless something has changed very recently.

That is where I went, and I had been able to upload. Now however when you log in -that option is gone.

Are you uploading through your Taxpro account or the e-services account?
