How do I report a disposal for section 1250 in TaxAct software?
The property is real property, section 1250 only.
But Form 4797 part III is showing amounts in Lines 25b, 26g, 27c, 28b, and 29b.
Form 4797 part III, line #26 needs to report the gain or loss.
Schedule K-1 line #9c needs to report the gain or loss.
