same day wire tsfr

Anyone know if can do a same day wire transfer for an individual tax return?

I see all these business codes on the same day payment worksheet.

Client owes alot of money for 1040, but the return is not ready to be filed.

Trying to get payment to the IRS by 8/15 so avoid more late payment penalties.

Likely you don't need an answer anymore but if client can submit through IRS Direct Pay before the cutoff for the date, and the payment eventually posts, the date the client chose for withdrawal is treated as the date of payment. Given that, I don't really see any reason to make a wire payment unless the client prefers that.
