Not enough info. What type of entity is this? Where is the entity located? In which country is the work performed? And who performs the work? US citizens living abroad?

Apologies...the foreign entity is a partner in a US partnership.

The foreign entity has a federal id # and has been filing in the US for over 5 years.

The foreign entity doesn't do any work in the US.

They just invest in US businesses.
