i want to file a return for 2019 for a client to get that special penalty treatment.
Except the client is going to be on a plane all day.
Any ideas how to get signature to file?

I have one that won't meet that 9-30-22 deadline for a 2019 return. I am thinking the one time penalty forgiveness might work. Does that really exist?

zl You have until 11:59 PM to efile that return.
Will the client have any ability to sign the efile forms? He probably has a cell phone that can receive them.

Yes, FTA works well as long as they don't have a late filing penalty on the previous 3 years.
