I have a client who is registered as a Corporation in CA. He does service based business (Advertisement) in NY (25K) and TN (10K) also. Does he need to register as a Foreign Corp in those states. Does not have any sort of presence in those states.
Also, is there any guide which spells out the requirement for foreign entity in each state for a service based business.
