Got an accountant friend stuck in a situation. Large client based in IL that SOLICITS schools....had employees IN NJ way back, but merely soliciting. Before Wayfair, Quill specifically excluded employees/agents merely soliciting.
NJ auditor has come along and thinks otherwise....
Just looking for some local knowledge there.
