Seems like all my clients who use Chase have had their NYS PTET payments rejected. One client has even sent me the list of his account accepted Payee Id's and NYS DTF PTET is on there.
Anyone else seeing this?

Do the clients have to authorize certain debits to the account? I do this for the accounts I manage as a means of mitigating fraud risk. If so, that could be the cause of the issue. If not, i'm not sure as none of the NYS PTET payments I've made this season have been rejected.

Not only that but Chase has printed out the list of ACH addresses my client authorized and the PTET is listed there. Both of these clients have blockers so they have to approve ACH transfers. One client got the alert to approve payment and they did right away. The other never even sets the alerts.
