Hi Everyone:
Saw a client who is using QB Online to track A/R. Meanwhile, her bookkeeper
uses QB Desktop for all other reports.
Client wants to merge all data together so that complete company file is
on QBO.

QUESTION:
1) Does anyone know the best way to do this ? ( Possibly using software applications or third
party programs like Big Red consulting, QB Pro Importer, etc )

Thanks,
Dave

You can import the billing data via IIF file....linking payments recorded in Desktop so A/R is correct, is another matter. I think that would have to be done by a clerk.

What you want to do sounds good in theory, but there may be a reason the bookkeeper wants to keep QB Desktop separate...client's data may not be correct...or clients are also good at messing up bookkeepers working file if they have access.
