QBO - Comparison reports don't show "$ Change"

Several of our clients use QuickBooks Online and invites us to view/edit their books as their Accountant. We always run the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Comparison reports including the 3rd column that shows the '$ Change'. This is a basic analytical tool to do a general overview of their books.

There are a few QBO clients where this option to add the '$ Change' column is not available. Do you know why?

Our QBO expert says it may be because of the level of service the client has subscribed to.

Ah. Thanks. I guess Intuit hasn't yet figured out a way to sell us accountants a premiere version of QBO.

You must manually put in the difference columns and the comparative column(if you change the default dates) . Just started in the last few months. Look at the "compare another period" drop down in the header.
