CPA Academy has a few Partnership Webinars for free. I also saw one at NATP.

MasterCPE has some very lengthy self-study courses on partnerships (or they're included in other entity types).

PPC Deskbooks are also great. They have one for 1065s, though they are pricey. I have a few of them for more specific industries and filing types, and they are very helpful. At same time, they could stand to go into a bit more detail on some of the covered topics.

I was near Philadelphia - Villanova Law School offered "Partnerships" in their LLM/MSTax - Program - if you had
a CPA or had gone to Law School.
If you are close to a Masters In Tax (at a Law School) Program, I do recommend it.
