Unapplied Cash Bill Payment Expense in QBO

also i have, on my Income Statement:

Unapplied Cash Payment Income.


but only in Cash Basis, not Accrual.

why?

Invoices dated in future period but paid in current period.

yes. The prior clerk id not input vendor bills, rather she inputted only a lump sum from the vendor stmt of account.
So i had all these big payments to vendors, and i can not trace what vendor bills are paid or when paid.
we need to job cost, so i am still inputting vendor bills for year 2019.
